An audiophile currently based in Miami, Florida.
📼 I am an Audio Programmer, Engineer, Musician, Sound Designer, and an XR Software Developer.
📼 My focus lies in Game Audio, Interactive Media, Immersive and Spatial Audio, Audio Plugin Development and Electronic Music.
📼 I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Music Engineering Technology from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, with an undergrad in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India.
📼 As an XR Student Developer at the School of Communication's XR Studio at my University, I am primarily responsible for audio programming and implementations in XR applications.

I have a diverse technological and analytical skill set, most of which I've applied professionally and academically in the places where I've worked.
My primary area of interest is Audio in Video Games, and Immersive Audio, including applications made for Virtual and Mixed Reality. Acoustics, audio applications, and plugin development are also secondary interests.
Besides technical skills, I'm quite passionate about design and I've used the Adobe Creative Suite as well as a host of image and video editing platforms in my previous professional experiences, and also for personal use cases.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
I was introduced to electronic music production and DJing as an early teen. Since then, I've worked on multiple personal and client projects covering various musical genres, and DJ occasionally.
Initially, making music under the moniker "Hibskit", I garnered just short of 50k views on my YouTube channel..
In my spare time, I work on music under the alias of "Boy Ataraxia", with a focus on the aesthetics and vibes of the '80s & '90s Synthwave, Vaporwave, and Retro-futuristic culture.

Yes, I used a fancy word for cars.
You'd probably catch me feeling the roar of a V10 engine drive by, or wherever there seem to be car meets in the city.
As much as I love cars, I also delve into car audio occasionally.
Who knows, maybe we'll be watching a Chris Nolan flick in cars with theater-level audio systems and greater immersion?

I absolutely love gaming. If I'm not playing, I'm probably watching someone else playing the game.
